Patricia Keeley, RN, MSN, OCN, ACNS-BC

Pat is a graduate of Gwynedd-Mercy College, where she received associate and bachelor degrees in Nursing. She returned to Gwynedd to pursue a master's degree as an oncology clinical nurse specialist with a concentration in education. She assists with the development of oncology programs at Fox Chase Cancer Center Partner institutions, including program planning and development, assistance with accreditation processes and development of care management processes to promote high quality, efficient oncology care. Her background includes 26 years of oncology experience in community and comprehensive cancer settings, 16 of which have been spent at Fox Chase. Her roles have included staff and patient educator and manager, as well as oncology clinical nurse specialist. She manages the community outreach coordinator's meetings and facilitates educational activities with Partner institutions. Pat is currently a member of the CME Executive Committee, Nursing Education Advisory Committee and Health Literacy Committee; she is a corresponding member of Patient Education Council and Pain Resource Nurse Committee. Pat serves as an adjunct faculty member for RNs pursuing their bachelor's degree in nursing at a local university.
Bonnie J. Miller, RN, BSN, OCN
Women's Cancer Center
Bonnie has been a Registered Nurse (RN) for 30 years with a variety of experiences including critical care, management and an 18-year focus in the field of oncology. She received her RN from Abington Hospital School of Nursing and a BSN from Immaculata University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. As a Senior Project Manager, she supports Community Partner Hospitals in clinical operations, including program planning development, clinical research, quality, education and accreditation preparation. As a consultant, she assists in the development of care management processes, with a disease specific focus, to assist oncology programs in achieving high quality and efficient cancer care. Bonnie's special interests include: clinical research, patient referral management, survivorship, medical oncology, gynecological oncology and radiation oncology nursing. She is also involved in the Pennsylvania Cancer Control Consortium (PAC3) assisting with various projects focusing on quality of life and survivorship, the Oncology Nursing Society (ONS), and serves as education chair and a board member for the American College of Oncology Administrators/American Academy of Medical Administrators.
Elaine Sein, RN, BSN, OCN
Senior Project Manager, Fox Chase Cancer Center Partners
Elaine has more than 30 years of oncology nursing experience at Fox Chase Cancer Center. In her role as senior project manager, Elaine is a consultant to Fox Chase Cancer Center (FCCC) Partner institutions and supports program planning and development, education, research, assistance with accreditation processes and development of care management processes to promote high quality, efficient oncology care. Her areas of special interest include disease management program planning, breast cancer care and cancer genetics for the high-risk population. Elaine coordinates the FCCC Partner Breast Care Navigator group and provides quarterly education, role development and best practice models for nurse navigation. She is active with the Oncology Nursing Society at the local and national level. She was the ONS Breast Cancer Special Interest Group project chair for breast care nurse certification through the Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation and participated in the first exam given in February 2009. She also participated in the ONS project team looking at nurse sensitive quality indicators for breast cancer management.
