A disease-specific nurse navigator will coordinate your patient's care and inform you of your patient's scheduled appointment on the day of your referral. Following the appointment, our physicians will communicate their findings to you.

Patients are asked to bring all treatment records including slides, tissue blocks, X-rays and scans to the first appointment. This helps avoid repeat tests or delays in treatment recommendations.
