The Dragon Boat Festival is a popular event every October

The Dragon Boat Festival happens along the Schuylkill River every October. Since the first event in 2002, festival participants and supporters have raised more than $1 million for Fox Chase. Thank you to the teams and all who support Fox Chase Cancer Center through this event.

Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia holds special events all year to provide cancer education and to benefit the Center. Funds raised go to cancer research, prevention and treatment at Fox Chase. Athletic fundraising eventsEvery spring, various cancer advocacy organizations host walks, runs, and special events throughout the Philadelphia region to raise awareness and funds for cancer research. 

Many employees from Fox Chase as well as other entities within TUHS help to lead and take part in these community events.
