Interlibrary loan fees
The Talbot Research Library strives to obtain materials from other libraries at the lowest cost possible. However, the typical fee is $5 - $11 per article/chapter and $15 for full print books. Fees are charged to your cost center. Additional fees are added when applicable (i.e. copyright fees or additional rush fees of $5 - $15). Charges for publisher's-quality PDFs are generally $25 - $60 (or more) depending on the publisher.
To request an interlibrary loan, complete an online interlibrary loan request form. To expedite service, please include the PMID# or Medline UI# if you have one from a Medline/PubMed search. Incomplete information may delay processing of your request. Print forms are available in the Library. Please leave the completed form in the drop bin on the interlibrary loan office door.
