A Pathologists' Assistant is a highly skilled allied health professional thoroughly trained to provide, under the direction and supervision of the Pathologist, all anatomic pathology services leading up to diagnosis. These services include: bio-repository, preparation, gross examination, dissection, tissue selection, dictation of surgical specimens, post mortem examination and evisceration and gross photography.
