Anne has been with the Center since 1999 and provides administrative oversight of inpatient and ambulatory care nursing departments.
Anne received her BSN in 1979 from Nazareth College in Kalamazoo, MI and her MSN in 1990 from Gwynedd Mercy College in Gwynedd Valley, PA, with a clinical specialist focus in adult oncology and a functional major in nursing administration. In 2002, she completed a post-master's degree certificate program in nursing administration at Villanova University in Philadelphia. In 2004, she completed a Nursing Leaders of the Future program at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She has maintained her advanced oncology certification since 1997, and her ANCC certification as a nurse executive since 2002.
She has been actively involved as a member of the Oncology Nursing Society, the Southeastern Pennsylvania Organization of Nursing Leaders, PONL, AONE, and the ANA. She has lectured extensively as a regional and national speaker on nursing management and oncology issues such as professional resiliency, patient safety, graduate nurse programs, the Magnet journey, professional/legal/ethical issues, recruitment/retention of nurses, and workplace civility.
